We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you're purchasing one of our polished products, please use a new microfiber and a non-ammonia window cleaner to clean any fingerprints and grease. We recommend using Simi Chrome paste to touchup polished parts.
