How do I cancel an order?
We recently updated our fulfillment process to meet the demands of the modern customer for faster shipping times and often orders get processed immediately and are unable to be cancelled.
Our customer support hours are Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM PST.
We prioritize these cancellation requests, but often the orders get processed before we see the cancellation request. In the event we receive your cancellation request before the order has been processed by our fulfillment center, you will receive a cancellation notification.
How do I add to my order?
That sounds like a great problem to have. If you have not received tracking information for your package via email, please give us a call at 503-663-2887.
I received part of my order, where is the rest?
More than likely, the rest of the order is on its way, unless tracking information says otherwise.
Occasionally, we pull products from another location so your order may be coming in multiple packages. This is not a common problem though as we try to keep everything in our main showroom.
